“If resources can be seen as energy and if energy can be neither created not destroyed, it stands to reason that the hoarding of resources diminishes the percentage of energy available to the masses. If an organization is in fact valued from the combined energies of its individuals, then diminishing the resources, that is the energy of the individuals, weakens the whole.
